HID iCLASS® Key Fob & Card Duplication

Introduced in 2002, HID® iCLASS® is a high-frequency RFID technology widely used for building access control, including condo buildings, apartments, offices, and commercial properties across Canada and the United States.

HID iCLASS® credentials operate using 13.56 MHz RFID technology and are based on the ISO/IEC 15693 standard. Unlike standard NFC-compatible cards and tags, many HID iCLASS® credentials are not directly readable by smartphones or NFC-only readers. This makes iCLASS® a specialized access-control technology that requires compatible RFID equipment for identification and duplication.

Standard & Non-Standard HID iCLASS® Credentials

We support duplication of standard keyed HID iCLASS® key fobs and cards commonly used throughout Canada and the United States.

We also support certain non-standard keyed HID iCLASS® credentials used in countries including:

• Singapore

Because HID iCLASS® systems can use different keys and configurations, compatibility must be verified before an order is fulfilled.

How to Check Compatibility

When placing an order, please provide:

1. Clear pictures of your HID iCLASS® key fob or access card

2. A picture of the RFID reader installed at your building

3. Any available information printed on the credential or reader

• A compatible RFID reader

• A Windows computer

• Your original HID iCLASS® key fob or card

• A compatible blank credential

Important: Compatibility varies between HID iCLASS® systems. A reader or blank that works with one building's access-control system may not work with another. Always provide pictures of your original credential and building reader so we can verify compatibility before fulfillment.
